It's been a while...

I am very sorry about that, but I promise I've been MIA for good reasons. So let's get into some updates!

When I started this blog, I was working in educational leadership and I coached with Blush part-time. Well, I still coach with Blush, but I have been promoted to a Senior Life Coach position and I am also a full time career coach for a non-profit now! I never imagined that I could make coaching my full-time job, but I am so happy I did. I want all of you to know that it is never too late to change careers and pursue a profession that truly makes you feel happy and fulfilled.

But that's not all. I started a Youtube channel! It is mostly focused on advice and self-improvement but I sprinkle some lifestyle content into my channel as well. If you'd like to enjoy a "weekly dose of self-improvement" you can check out my channel here and subscribe for free! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrzT5o9-gqduUz6vhYKd_GQ

Now that we've cover the professional changes, let's get into the personal changes. I quit all of my workout studios, including my pilates studio because we are building a home gym! I m very excited about this. I actually really enjoy working out at home. So we are in the process of transforming the guest room into a home gym. But we do still need a guest room option, so we got a murphy bed. Hopefully we can install it this week, then start getting quotes from contractors to design some built ins around it. I am most excited for my own pilates machine! I found the one that I want, so I will order it once we get most of the room set up and clear some space. Stay tuned for pics of the final product!

I am so excited to make this my best year yet. I created a pretty ambitious vision board this year, but I am excited to see it come to life. I'll be traveling a lot this year and am so excited to live my best life. I went to Disney World and it was amazing! Disney as an adult is 10/10. I'm also super committed to my health and wellness and I am feeling better than ever since I took a food sensitivity test. It turns out I was eating a lot of things that my body didn't appreciate. So now that I am aware, I can make better food choices and work around my food sensitivities and food allergies. It is a process, but it is definitely worth it!

Overall, I am just so excited to be living a life that I love and planning a beautiful future as well. Thank you for being a member of my blog community. I will definitely be more active this year, in the meantime, check me out on Youtube!
